I read Daily Blog Tips, in fact you might even call me a fan. Well Daniel Scocco the creator of Daily Blog Tips is participating in a 6 month mentoring program called OnlineProfits.com. The current registration is from January 12th to January 16th. The price is 48$ a month for a commitment of 6 months.

One of the things I like about having a blog is collaborating with other bloggers. For instance I was talking to a friend of mine and he has an article directory he is working on. What I didn’t know is that UBD is only 1 year old. But I just saw a post today saying that they are having a one year anniversary and celebrating with a contest. First let me tell you a little about the contest. It’s a cowpetition between John Cow and Garry Conn to see who can create a new blog within 30 days and sell it on SitePoint for the most profit. I am following along on the Cow side and I spent last night and this morning going through all of the blog posts since the contest started on May 19th.

I have to tell you, I’m really impressed. The cow not only shares all of his information, but really seems to know what he’s mooing about. Not only that, but if Cow wins he will donate his proceeds to World Vision a charity that helps children in developing countries.

I love Amazon and I buy stuff from them all the time. In fact I just realized that I was missing out on a little income/savings by not purchasing my Amazon goodies from my own affiliate links. What good is a notebook without a pen? So, I’m also giving away a bullet style Fisher Space Pen with a clip. These pens can write upside down, and underwater, and were used by astronauts.
