Thank you for your sharing. I often got trouble when my wordpress update. But each time i got trouble, and i will trun to my web hosting provider-bluehost to get help. Luckly i often get their help promptly.

Backup your database first then you can upgrade your WP. That is important, i agree with zohai. I got some bad experiences on this.
