drum My 3rd, Words To Know, (formerly known as New Word Monday), contest is officially over. I had some really great entries this time. Very impressive, considering the word choices. The most popular word used was bugbear. Used 14 times out of 21 entries. Hirsute, somniferous, and draconian were the 2nd most popular words, each being used 13 times. The least popular word was vicissitude, which was only used 3 times. Here is the list of contestants:
