We all know generating traffic is important for a successful blog. Another way to generate traffic is through registering with blog directories. I just registered with blogcatalog. My blog is actually pending right now. I will continue adding directories as I register with them and I’ll report on the traffic results. Emma

Thanks for the tip, I just joined as well. It did take half a day or so before it got approved.
It’ll be interesting to see how it compares to MyBlogLog.com which gives a nice avatar widget as well but thusfar hasn’t generated any extra traffic for me.
